LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. Releases Series 70 ePanel Panel Board

Chagrin Falls, Ohio - - LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is proud to announce the release of the Series 70 ePanel Panel Board, a wall-mounted power panel designed with a focus on safety and reliability for critical facilities requiring high-reliability electrical power. The innovative design incorporates advanced selective trip coordination to provide short circuit protection for individual branch circuits while ensuring exceptional voltage reliability and uptime for the entire panel.

The space-saving design of the Series 70 ePanel makes it ideal for wall mounting in various environments such as computer rooms, electrical rooms, or raised floor production areas.

The design of the Series 70 ePanel is inspired by NFPA-70E standards, prioritizing operator safety. It includes innovative features such as non-conducting branch breaker bolt-on screws to protect operators from live bus exposure. The ePanels offer selective trip coordination up to 25 kA RMS (symmetrical) for branch circuits, with branch circuit breakers that trip open in less than ¼ cycles.

Remote monitoring of the Series 70 ePanels is possible through open protocols such as SNMP, MODBUS, and HTTP, using wired Ethernet and Bluetooth wireless media. The information obtained from the ePanels enables facilities to identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency, balancing power loading, and benchmarking facility operations. The Series 70 ePanels are compatible with facility automation and data management systems supporting industry-standard open protocols.

Visit the LayerZero website to watch a video demonstration showcasing the selective trip coordination technology provided by the Series 70 ePanels. The website also provides the LayerZero eBOSS Configurator tool, allowing users to generate specifications for custom-designed units in CSI format.
