LayerZero Launches Web-Based Customer Portal

LayerZero customers now have self-service access to review their orders, shipments, and obtain other important information via the Company's "CustomerWeb".  Customer access to the portal is part of LayerZero's initiative to provide efficient and effective collaboration. 

CustomerWeb is a web-based tool that improves and speeds up communication between customers and LayerZero Field Service Engineers, giving data center operators instant access to information related to their specific equipment.  CustomerWeb includes tracking information for all critical boards, and ensures that customers have immediate access to important product documentation.  Access enables customers to proactively learn how to most effectively utilize their equipment by being able to connect and engage with LayerZero faster and more effectively than other solutions.
