The Basic Controls screen provides the user with an overview of the system sources, including which sources are preferred, which is active, any transfer inhibits, etc. Unauthenticated users are only allowed to view the status. Authenticated users are able to change preferred sources, request a retransfer (if the retransfer mode is "manual"), and reset various inhibits.
